
Yannick Lehmann
Yannick Lehmann has extensive knowledge in the field of labour law and contract law in general. He also deals with issues relating to tenancy law, intellectual property law, private international law, criminal law and public law.
After graduating from high school in Lugano, Yannick Lehmann studied law at the University of Lucerne, obtaining the academic degrees of Bachelor in Law in 2015 and Master in Law in 2017. In the last semester of his studies, he also attended an exchange semester in Norwich (GB) at the University of East Anglia, where he was able to study part of English law. Subsequently, during his legal intershipt at Domenghini & Partners Ltd. and the Lucerne Labour Court, he gained concrete professional experience in various areas of Swiss law. He then obtained his licence as a lawyer in the Canton of Lucerne in 2019 and has been working as an independent lawyer since the beginning of 2020.
