Karl Renggli is a qualified auditor, HWV business economist and partner of the audit firm AWB Revisionen AG, in Aarau, Lengnau and Lugano (www.awb.ch).

Karl Renggli regularly teaches at various institutions (such as EXPERTsuisse, TREUHAND | SUISSE and the Swiss Forum for Auditors and Fiduciaries), is a former lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (MAS Economic Crime Investigation) as well as for the Swiss Institute of Fiduciaries FH AG (MAS FH in Fiduciary and Management Consulting). He is an acknowledged author of several publications in the field of audit law (he is also co-author of the book ‘Die eingeschränkte Revision’).

Mr Renggli’s main areas of expertise include expert opinions in disputes concerning the services of audit firms. His well-founded specialist and expert knowledge is called upon by our firm in particular in the areas of business valuations, forensic activities, special audits and liability procedures relating to audit law.
