Luca Müller is an attorney at law with a solid academic background and extensive practical experience in legal advisory services, academic teaching, and corporate practice. He completed his studies in law at the University of Lucerne and subsequently obtained the Attorney-at-Law qualification of the Canton of Lucerne. Since 2025, he has been practicing as an attorney at law at our law firm in Lucerne, Switzerland.

He began his professional career as a legal associate at a law firm in Lucerne, where he gained comprehensive experience in legal counselling and representation. In parallel, he was active in teaching and research, serving as a research associate and lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts as well as at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences.

In addition to his legal practice, Luca Müller acts as Deputy Managing Director of a personnel services company, providing him with in-depth expertise at the intersection of law, human resources, and operational business management.

His main areas of practice include commercial law, corporate law, contract law, data protection law, and litigation and procedural law. He advises companies and private clients with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
